What we’ve witnessed

So many companies have the best intention when hiring a marketing manager. They know they need marketing in order to sell their product, so they hire a marketing manager to tick that off the list.

But so many marketing managers don’t have the experience to direct a company to success – not because they aren’t brilliant – but simply because they don’t have the experience to do so.

We need to empower the marketing team rather than drown them in ways where they can only react, rather than be proactive and in control.

A typical MD role can cost upward of £100k / year. This allows you to have the expertise and guidance of a Director, whilst teaching the marketing team their own skills that they can carry forward into the future.

Overseeing the delivery of the plan, amending and optimising as we go
